re: Law
Web Site
Dear Sir or Madam:
About me: although I
have been practicing law for some time, I do not yet have any fancy
graphics on my Web site. I have been handling business, estate
planning, probate, and tax matters for clients for nearly forty years,
and still offer free consultations to potential clients. My time is my
own, and that is how I choose to spend it. So:
As a lawyer, my job is to do two things: (1) solve
people's current problems, and (2) avoid problems that may arise in the
future. Let me know (via phone or e-mail) if I can help you with yours.
I will be happy to meet with you at your convenience.
One thing I would
like to point out for this year 2024: I have set up quite a lot of
corporations, LLCs, and the like over the past few decades. ALL OF THEM
(that are still active) need to file a report as to certain ownership
and control with the Federal government by the end of this year. More information is on my Client Resources page.
If you are looking for forms, or the Texas Estates
and Trust Codes, Attorneys Electronic Editions, they can be downloaded from this
page: Attorney Resources. Resources for clients and potential clients are here: Client Resources.
Sincerely yours,
Michael A. Koenecke
