Version 3.0Beta, 8/8/17: Updated to include 2017 amendments. Removed some extra detail in the references, which is available elsewhere.
Version 3.1, 8/10/17:Added Judge King's updated Quick Indices, updated Tom Fisher's indices with new statutes.
